Jay, a graduate of Stanford University, is an HR expert covering payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding. She recently supported Metamind through their recent acquisition by Salesforce, and has worked with both startups and non-profits such as the California Academy of Sciences and the Exploratorium. When she’s not running HR she finds herself chasing around her one-year-old son Finn, biking, and finishing crossword puzzles.

Accounting Manager

Ruby has over 10 years of experience in accounting. Prior to joining HireAthena, Ruby played a key role at Sparta Consulting (acquired by KPIT) where she created control systems that oversaw expense reporting for more than 300 employees. When she’s not preparing for tax season Ruby loves to hang out with her friends and family, and she especially loves to cook for her son Jase.

A graduate of University of San Francisco with a BS in Accounting, Cesia has years of developing protocols to make accounting painless. When she’s not studying for her CPA license she spends her time volunteering in her fiance's CSA-N soccer league and playing with her dogs Tango and Canelo.
